Reviscon Canada (“we”, “us”) operates the Reviscon® Mono 2.0% informational website at reviscon.ca. This page explains our privacy practices and the terms that apply when you access or use the site.

Information We Collect

• Contact form details. If you submit your name, email, postal code, role, or a message, we use those details only to respond and provide requested product information.
• Automatic diagnostics. We receive basic analytics from our hosting provider (Cloudflare), such as IP address, browser, and country, to keep the site secure and available.

Measurement, Ads & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand visitor interactions and whether campaigns lead to guide downloads or contact requests. Tags are currently sent directly through the Google tag for page-view, event, and conversion measurement.

We do not use this site for remarketing or ad personalization. In our standard measurement setup, we do not send form fields such as name, email, postal code, or message to Google. Where required, measurement choices are handled through the site banner and Google consent settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the  Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .

How We Use Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Email addresses and other contact details are used solely to answer your initial inquiry, provide product updates you request, and, when appropriate, follow up with relevant sales or medical information. We may retain copies of communications to document regulatory compliance.

When We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run this site (for example, email delivery platforms and security providers). These partners are contractually required to protect your data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of patients, clinicians, or our business.

Data Retention & Security

We store contact submissions in secure systems with access limited to approved Reviscon Canada representatives. Messages are kept only as long as needed for regulatory or business requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

• You may opt out of follow-up emails by replying with “unsubscribe” or contacting us directly.
